Referral services in Wellington and Dufferin Counties are performed within the Community Support Coordination Team (CSCT). This is a partnership with CMHA, Trellis Mental Health & Developmental Services, Homewood Health Centre and Dunara. CSCT allows streamlined access and coordination of mental health services, as well as re-direction and linkage to other community resources. The community door is the Canadian Mental Health Association.

Referral services in Waterloo Region access point is the Centre for Mental Health. Intake is completed by the Resource Centre Administrator and if appropriate the referral is sent to the Referral Coordinator for assessment.
