Volunteer Opportunities

The lifeblood of the Canadian Mental Health Association is our many dedicated volunteers.  Their time, experience and interests are vital to all the programs and services we offer in our community.

Volunteer Opportunities:

The benefits of volunteering are numerous, it will provide you with an experience that will enrich the lives of those whom you touch as well as strengthen the community in which you live. Volunteering provides an inner satisfaction that comes from helping others. We believe in recognizing our volunteers through the annual recognition activities, and certificates as well as on-going training and support. Volunteering with the Canadian Mental Health Association will provide you with an opportunity to investigate the wide variety of career opportunities in the mental health field.
